<p>المقادير<br/> ١. ماسترد (خردل) يفضل نوع مستورد او قودي .<br/> ٢. لبن زبادي (نادك العلبة الكبيرة جداً)<br/> ٣. بهارات الشوي المشكلة (اي نوع) اذا مافي ملح وفلفل اسود وكمون.<br/> ٤. بابريكا (فلفل احمر حلو) موجود في كثير من السوبر ماركت ولا تخافو مايخلي الأكل حراق.<br/> ٥. صوص الباربيكيو (النوع اللي تفضله)<br/> اذا تبغى حراق في واذا تبغى بالعسل فيه واذا تبغى سادة موجود.</p> <p>يتم كب الاشياء اللي جبتها في اللبن حسب اللدعة المطلوبة والسر يكمن في نفس تقديير الشخص لوضع المقادير.</p> <p>اذا كان برجر على الفحم قبل ما تسوي اللحمة على شكل برجر أخلطها بيه. او كباب يعني اي شي في مفروم</p> <p>اذا كان وبينما نبحث أنا وزوجتي عن مكان هادئ لشرب قهوة و “ملك تشيك”.</p> <p>قررت الذهاب الى كابتشينو الموجود بـ بارك حياة جدة والقامع على منظر بحري شبه جميل.</p> <p>طبعا في المرة الوحيدة التي ذهبت للمقهى أوقفت سيارتي في مواقف الشباب !!! نعم فهنالك مواقف للشباب ومواقف للعائلات. </p> <p>اليوم بقلب قوي توجهت لمواقف العائلات “معايا واسطة” ليمنعني موظف الأمن “”تم حجب السبة”” وأخبرته أني داخل لمقهى كابتشينو ليرد ممنوع !<br/> فرددت معي عائلة فرد انه أوقفوا الدخول لهذه المواقف !<br/> فرديت من متى ! فرد لا انت عارف اليوم ربوع وخميس فنمنع عشان الزحمة !!! <br/> “المواقف فاضية جوى اصلا” <br/> قلي وقف برى وادخل
